This company all it cares is moneyyyyy. This bug has been a problem for lots of players from the beggining of the game. Now they don't care about if the game works or not, but as soon as they realise they're actually losing players with this bug they'll magicaly fix it.

@@ABUBAKARKHAN-fs5xh i actually fixed it when you get to the stuck-on create chrarcter screen just disconnect ur PC from the internet and the game will tel u to reconnect, then u connect back to the wifi then click on reconnect. it worked for me

Can you give me your system specs? GPU, CPU, RAM?
As a last resort, you will have to reinstall PUBG to your SSD or alternative drive.
