    Hey Maria. Thanks a for nice and detailed tutorial to ribbon and split threader! Just quickly checking if we can use these tools for a custom genome specifically for any plant genome?

      Yes you can! They infer the reference from the coverage bed file in SplitThreader and from the BAM in Ribbon.

    Thank you.... a transcript with a blog post would be ideal too, could easily generate this with modern AI tool too, however it be a nicer scenario to have a curated blog post from the "truly inside analysis folks team"....thanks.
