We were surprised too, saw maybe two or three small mouth bass. We should have dove from the Southern side. Not much to see on the North end. My last Candlewood dive the gopro quit. I have some tape of my search for the Wanzer cemetery I could post. Massive Bass in that one. I’d like to look for the Never Sink Bridge in the spring. I need to visit the Danbury town hall and get copies of the CL&P maps to narrow the search. It may still be standing, it’s steel construction similar to the Orchard Point Bridge.
Hi Dan, Not Zoar but I’ve been wanting to dive the area around the Lillinonah boat launch off 133. Thinking after 75 years there could be some interesting finds... The village of Southville was located just south of the ramp as well. Wondering if the water clarity is any better with the zebra muscles... anything interesting in Zoar to find?
