- This is a video of the bakery "Yaoki Pan" in Hakozaki, Higashi Ward, Fukuoka City. The store has been open for over 50 years since the previous owner. The owner, Mr. Iida, who is 83 years old, and Mr. Shinozaki, who is the main baker, work hard to make bread day and night. It is a famous bakery that has become a part of Hakozaki's history, although it had to relocate due to road surface expansion.

It reminds me of the grandpa who owns imaya's hamburger. They do have a similar situation. RUclips influencers gave grandpa a break and now owns i think a couple of locations. I hope grandma receives that kind of support too! Hope she finds a helper or something. Their hard work is truly admirable! Come on people!!! Let's do this!

That's good. If you go early in the morning, the eclairs and cream puffs may not be baked until after 9 o'clock, so it's a good idea to take that time into account.

初見です。私の地元にも個人経営の手作りパン屋さんが数件ありました。安くて美味しかったのですが、店主さんが高齢化し継ぐ人がいなくて軒並み閉店しました。こういうパン屋さん、羨ましいです
