I passed my test this morning on the first try and it's 100% because of prep agent. I bought the package, watched all the videos and tested. Totally worth it!
I passed my Texas real estate exam on Friday thanks to you. I’ve been trying to pass this test for 6 years. I’ve taken classes, sat in front of other realtors, brokers, etc and still couldn’t get it. I started watching your videos 1 month ago and passed my exam last Friday 😭😭 thank you soooooo much

I just wanted to let you know that I wish I would have had the money for the prep agent website..But even though I didn’t I watched your videos over and over again for 2 weeks..Today I passed my exam...Thank you so much these videos are a great help!!! PS I haven’t taken the actual class in over 2 and 1/2 years. I had until December 31st to pass it.. And with your videos I studied hard and passed it.

So to my understanding, mortgagor and trustor are the only 'ors' that do not follow the rule conceptually. -or tends to be a giver(for example a grantor is an institution that gives a grant.) However, the trustor and mortgagor are receivers, making these two quite a bit different from all the other 'ors' and 'ee' we study.
Does anyone know on which video or method would help me learn and memorize the TREC rules? I just started a couple weeks ago, and it has been tough for it to sink in. Plz help! Thank You in advance, Roxie
My California exam was just cancelled due to covid. It would’ve been my third time trying (I failed twice but I had a lot going on in my life and couldn’t stay focused) and I’ve studied your material religiously. I feel so cheated I was 3 days away from changing my life and now I have to wait until the end of this year. I’m sorry to anyone else who’s tests were cancelled... so discouraging
Just a heads up to my Florida agents-to-be, background checks are taking FOREVER. I'm on my 3rd week of waiting. More time to study I guess Lol. Thanks Joe!

I passed my national and state today .. first attempt. can’t thank you enough. It was not very difficult for me as the concepts were clear.
