In my school there are 500+ students in fact all of them having Insta and Facebook and other social media apps,
And I can proudly say that me and my bestie are the only ones who aren t having any such apps except for whatsapp..
Nowadays teenagers life's are being affected by social media a lot.

I got happiness when got many likes in yt comments or upvotes in quora comments. But if I get less, then I don't think that much, because sometimes I also don't like other views even 1000s of people agrees to them.

I found gold today in internet, it gives me a important message that I needed so much , thank God I found it 🙏 becoz I am so much related to this situation. In a way I used to be the same, I'm an anime fan and I was learning Japanese, I originally started doing fan-translation partly as practice and partly because I wanted more people to like and comment about the stuff I liked. I later found out that people were making some really nasty comments about me and I just stopped posting on all my pages, groups and yt (there were a few other reasons too but this was a major one). I should have never wasted my time on these things in the first place. Now just enjoy stuff and keep it to myself, I don't need any validation from strangers.
I am also a teenager I use social media but I am not addicted to this and I am glad that I have control on myself
