The dude makes great videos and everything, but I think you may need to re-evaluate your life if watching a video of a guy eating food "makes your day 1000x better". There are networks where you can connect with people and develop friendships... but watching people eat food shouldn't be the highlight of your day
it's #1 in terms of quality + variety. NY & CT can really do a great job..... but in terms of sheer number of spots to get EXCELLENT pizza, I don't think NJ can be beat. (but don't be fooled.... even Jersey has it's "bad pizza" spots!!!)
North Jersey Pizza is better than "most" NY pizza. Source : I've lived my entire life in NY. NY still has the killers, but there's plenty of "meh" pizza in NY. Especially Long Island.
I gotta visit New Jersey ASAP!!! That 1st pizza alone put my local spots to shame! Say King, have you ever had Jet's Pizza? I've been to Michigan a few times and every time I'd pay them a visit! One of the best pies I've ever had!
Wow if I lived in Jersey, i'd be all over this place. It looks fire. That pizza + sandwich on the weekend would make for a great Saturday night meal and late night snack
That old fashioned pizza looked great...you ever try Brunos in Clifton? They have something similar (square pie) that is really damn good...would highly recommend if you haven't had it yet.
Dude yr videos are top tier food reviews. I believe you will have a significant boost in subs soon to come, and you deserve that. But If I'm right please always stay true to this level of content. Killing it man
Bruno’s in Clifton does that square pie better. (A bit farther out of your area but there are 2 places in Verona that do it even better still…similar to Spumoni in Brooklyn). FYI, if you’re into grandma slices, Ray’s in Fair Lawn is the best I’ve had in North Jersey so far(would’ve been Corleone’s in Hasbrouck Heights if their sauce was less sweet).
I've been to Bruno's a few times and was impressed by the pizza. Looking forward to trying the old-fashioned next time I go through. Thanks for another great review!
I always had Mr Bruno’s in Lyndhurst NJ. I’m so glad they opened up more stores I absolutely loved going there with my daughter every Friday. They all knew us when we walked in it was a wonderful place to bring my daughter for a slice or two of pizza.
Bro you’re 💯 percent right !!! I hate my pizza with almost no sauce a lot of cheese with a dab of sauce that’s what’s being served almost every pizzeria much love bro 😎
Try Pizza Love in Wyckoff, they do a good buffalo chickem but my go to would be a bbq chicken on cauliflower pie. fridays and weekends they do different varieties of slices in their pizza display
NYC(specifically Manhattan & Brooklyn) is full of world famous pizzerias and Italian restaurants, but in terms of overall product quality, Jersey (Staten Island’s like this too) is full of amazing mom and pop spots that more than hold their own with their big city counterparts. You can get at the very least average to above average Pizza in every part of New Jersey (including the more rural areas), but once you leave New York City for Long Island or especially upstate NY, there is a massive drop off.
I can't imagine eating a pizza that saucy. I've probably just never had good enough sauce. Most of the joints around me use a sweeter tomato blend, not having that savory meat to cut through it would be too much.
Seeing that thumbnail I knew I had to wait until today to watch this because I'm getting pizza tonight. That old fashioned pizza looks incredible. Place I usually go to calls it "old world". Right up my alley
Love seeing the local NJ restaurant content, especially since I live in Bergen County. Some of those videos have put me on to places I live close to that are great. The franchise stuff is cool but definitely keep doing local stuff
There’s another SUPER legit spot in Saddle Brook that does things slightly different. Grumpy’s pizza right by Nick’s sandwich shop. They do sourdough and flavored crust. Wings have meat that fall off the bone. Very unique
King....visit The Columbus Farmers Market. Get Kate n Al's Pizza (its just like the grandma), then get Amish food, get The Chicken Coup. You will love it! Call ahed for the Pizza they get super busy! They open Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun. Amish is closed sunday. Saturday is the day.
you calling yourself out for trying to grab that pepper is gold man i wasnt even looking when you said that and then i played it back thats perfect man, love your stuff man keep it up
This was dope. I’m definitely a Philly cheesesteak snob and all jokes aside that looked pretty damn good. And the garlic bread trend has made it here. It’s a game changer for meatball sandwiches and chicken parm so I might have to try on a cheesesteak one day lol
@@RandemNJ if you’re from his area, he did a 🔥 meatball review recently. Maybe a month or 2 ago. Said it was some of the best meatballs he’s had on his parm
Jersey in the house. I miss the Jersey pizza im a florida transplant now. Keep putting out these great food videos. Im my opinion your the best in the game!!
Hey I lived in NY (BX) and to get real good pizza you have to go downtown Manhattan, but now I live North NJ (Clifton) and I could find a real good pizza spot anywhere,
you should try Pizza Side in Cliffside Park their detroit style pie with pepperoni, hot honey, and burrata is insane. Their margherita is also delicious.
Idk if you ever did it, but do a video comparing KFC and Wendys Saucy Nuggets. KFC saucy nuggets are some bangers, I wanna hear your take! Great video and keep up the awesome content!
Genuinely love your videos they make my day 1000x better also love how honest and in depth you are with every food review
💯

Getting a Philly on garlic bread is GENIUS
Try a vodka parm sub on garlic bread as well game changer
You’re growing so fast, love to see I’ve been here from the start glad to see your progression
Bro, I grew up in New Brunswick and you are 100% correct!!! N.J. is in the top 3 states for pizza, hands down!!
it's #1 in terms of quality + variety.

Long Island is the home of grandma pizza though so gotta give’em that(I do love a good grandma pie)…but that’s about it.
@@th6252 Grandma is fire, but it doesn't fill me up and is way more expensive.
Where in NY you from tho, beyond Westchester/putnam, it becomes a different world up there 🤣
@@willvr4 I feel ya on the “not filling you up as much” but price wise, depends where you go.
@@th6252 I can't get a grandma slice anywhere near me on LI for less than $5 which is criminal.
Love watching these during cardio! Shoutout to the goat! 🤝🏽
Living vicariously through this man’s videos 😅

I live 2 minutes from Mr Brunos!😝
As someone that used to live in New Jersey, I would love to see a jersey diner series.
Jersey used to have best diner most shut down but it's still enough left for a series for sure
That old fashioned pizza looked great...you ever try Brunos in Clifton? They have something similar (square pie) that is really damn good...would highly recommend if you haven't had it yet.
I second this.
It's Awesome 👍

I hate the way the new mopar scene turned into, which pushed me away from them in general, but I gotta agree it was cool.

“Toilet Fodder” is wild. 💀
For real. That "Flusho 5000" remark had me giggling like a school girl!
Mr Bruno’s is an OG has been there since the dawn of man
Sounds exactly like South Jersey…there’s a pizza joint every 30 secs going down the road lmao. The crunch on those tomato pies are perfect.
Yes please do more pizza.
Bruno's square slice in Clifton and Ralphs thin slice in Nutley baww
Ooooh! Both are damn good!

I would LOVE a pizza series bro.
Mario's & Bruno's are BOTH Amazing 💪
4:02 Cameo appearance from the Charger Scatpack Widebody 😎👍
I need that cheesesteak in my life
You gotta hit Patsy’s Tavern & Restaurant in Paterson … elite pizza
I've known about this for years because of Joey Diaz and I'm from the southeast lol. That man hypes NJ food harder than just about anyone.
Love the high end restaurants too
Try Pizza side in cliffside park, the grandpa pizza, margharita are phenomenal. I’m sure every other pie is as well
By far the best food review and food content creator i’ve seen no cap 😎
King, don’t know if you’ve ever gone to Patsy’s Tavern in Paterson on the channel, but they make the best pepperoni pie

That crunch sounds like it is cooked to perfection.
Great video man the king never disappoints 👍👍👍
I’m 100% going here for that traditional pie. Wouldn’t have known about it without your review.

That style of sicilian is real big over here in Pennsylvania. Especially in the area where you cross over from phillipsburg into Easton
WOW the crunch on that is insane.. Since the sauce is not sweet that would be right up my alley.
Live close by and never heard of it, a million great pizza places in north nj
When that boy just let out a big laugh after a bite you know it’s fire 😂. Shoutout my boy man love the videos
You know its good when Schratz rest his left arm on the arm rest
My neighborhood alone has 4 pizzerias and one Pizza Hut…. The whole town itself probably has 25
Damn that first pizza is just what I need. I love sauce and I believe the sauce is what makes or breaks a pizza (for me).
