Thanks for the demo and the vote of confidence in this pedal. Thanks for starting with a decent clean tone and thanks for tuning your guitar. Pedal sounds great in your studio. Would have liked to hear the boost alone. Do you think this version is a bit more one-dimensional than the FD2?
My biggest question on this is, does the boost section actually work as a clean dB boost, or does it just grit up the tone? I love the sound of this but want something to boost me in volume for solos, not just make me more dirty. I know there's pedals out there for that but it'd be nice to have two in one :)
Yes, the boost works independently to the overdrive, unlike the FD2. It works great as a clean boost and you can also choose whether to place the boost before or after the overdrive.
THIS is a REAL pedal demo!! No talk, no shitty "blues"-licks or poorly tuned guitars. Single coils, hum buckers, and CHORDS! thanks man :) keep it up
That tone king sounds fantastic.

Is this one the same as the black ones that just came out a few weeks ago? Ive never seen this red one.

What is the riff on 3:56? please! Please!
Zz top - just got paid
It seems a little buzzy?
What’s the first song you were playing?
Don't think it's a song
Hammer to Fallllllll!
Why do guys demo their dry signal by hitting their strings lightly and then hammer the strings when the pedal is engaged?
What's the song at 4:37? Thanks!
The Strokes "All The Time" off Comedown Machine that's the solo section.
Crazy Train riff
RUSH at 3:43 :)
You heard those Alex Lifeson Lydian style chords, too, eh??
