Keane were asked to do a one-off cover for Steve Lamacq's Christmas show (broadcast live from his house) on 22nd December 2003, which of course was before the release of Hopes And Fears! They did an Irving Berlin cover of White Christmas but adapted the lyrics and included the first verse which was omitted in Bing Crosby's famous version.
The photo used in this video is of course a much later screenshot from a Christmas Q&A video Keane did in December 2012.
