Diffrence is on playstation you dont need PS+ to play. That is just a free bonus given with +. While on Xbox that would just be part of what your paying.
The difference is you can play the full game on PlayStation without PS+, and if you have PS+ you get the extras. On Xbox, you can only get the trial unless you sub to gamepass.
Correct. It's because Microsoft had 2 requirements Dual Subs and their own Server. Yoshi P gave Microsoft the compromise of requiring gamepass to play 14 and allowing the complete cross play cross save worlds. We had to compromise somewhere
Do you think Square Enix, the same company that DOESN'T give people anything for being subbed for thousands of days to the game, that removed every bit of fun and nuance from the game and offers no progression systems that favor long term commitments will really give anything to new players? CBU3 doesn't give a flying F about the players, they really don't.
I miss when there was a reward system for being subbed for a long period of time. They stopped at 1080 days (which is three years of subs) and then after Stormblood launched they moved most of the rewards to the achievement token NPC. I don't even think they've added anything to him this whole expansion.
They actually changed veteran reward days, it's now 60, 150, 240, 330 days and everything else is bought with achievement tokens, super disappointed that they have abandoned veteran rewards it seems and there's people like me that have over 3000 days subscribed now (over 8 years) and there's people with close to 10 years now probably too, those are veterans, not people that have played for a year.
Yeah, I forgot to mention it. I already qualified for it when it dropped as I'm sure you did :< Been around since 1.0 myself. I feel like it would be so easy for them to just add another tier once a year for people who had subbed for at least 180 days or something. Anything.@@Minerva_XIV

I bet they change it to not needing gamepass before the actual release.
