      @@labradoodledandies4697 yay, I’m so glad. I fought and fought taking time for intentional breaks other than meals and sleep and got so anxious that I would fall behind even further. But , rest and doing stuff you enjoy DOES help you reset and replenish you. Yay for your “me time!”
