I love mine. Mine's old too! 2013. First year of the current generation. Still looks new and drives new at 164k miles. I'm gonna have the bumper buffed and then it'll really look nice. Satin pearl white paint, my favorite! Gonna update my old sync 2 to the latest as well. Just wish I had adaptive cruise. I love that feature. My Hyundai Genesis had that. Oh well.
Wish I had seen this last year. I flew into Orlando in October and rented one of these. It was like getting into the Space Shuttle. I hadn't a clue what was what and the rental staff were so busy I couldn't get anyone to help me. I couldn't work out how to move the drivers seat back and forth. I then couldn't start the vehicle! After 10 or so minutes of fighting I worked out how to start it but not move the seat. We don't have many aircon cars here in the UK so working that one out was a novelty! Anywhooo, lovely car, had it for three weeks, didn't want to hand it back in the end. Lovely to drive, mine had sports mode. And lastly, I had to fill the tank up before handing it back so I drove into a gas station and would you believe, mine didn't have a button to open the fuel cap. Again I spent lord knows how long looking on how to work out how to open it, even asked the staff who didn't know. Next thing a Ford Fusion drives in the station! I asked the driver, he walked up to my fuel cap, and pressed it in and it popped out! That, easy! Loved the car, loved this video, love America!
I love my new-to-me 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid. Its beautiful inside and out.

@@jessicabasurto9485 - The price was $28K but I wound up not taking it, the vehicle was listed as a non-smoker but when I went to pick it up it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke which was a deal-breaker. Other than that, the car was great and I know he still sold it as I saw it on the road recently and I know it was the same car due to a sticker on the rear window.
Thanks for going over the display settings in the dash cluster. I was wanting to enable my battery charge, and validated some assumptions about the Empower mode.

Just bought mine yesterday, As a driver at 73 I figured the safety features on copilot 360 would be a good idea,,,but actually thought they would be more of a gimmick,,..WRONG. The lane assist,, frontal collision warning, backup sensors to warn of oncoming cars, an excllent backup camera, really are awesome, far better than I expected,
Hope if's as good as the 2013 my neighbors have been driving with few issues,
I just bought one of these and I love it never thought I would this type of car, but I guess it comes with age,
14:28 That's not traction control. It's the vehicles downhill assist mode for the transmission.

Hey! This car saved my life about 3 weeks ago
I hit an ice bank early morning going to work at 120 kmh roughly
Got some serious air and fractured my L1 disc (20% compression)
Car called 911 and reported my location
I’m doing well and making a fine recovery! Didn’t know there’s literally airbags everyyywhere lol
By your knees, windows, doors and I believe the seat buttons pack an airbag as well to protect your hip area.. an airbag deployed somewhere down there anyway!
So I just went and bought the exact same fusion again only white!! 😅 LOVE LOVE LOVE this car and I’ll never take it for granted again!!
Oh and at 7:03 those are just to tell you how well you’re doing in those aspects
You want the bars to be full
If you’re breaking too hard or using too much rpm etc the bars will be low and yellow to red
Also I’m not sure what the downhill symbol is but definitely not tc
It seems to be an engine break or something and I’m not sure if it’s totally bad for the car but whenever I used it going down a very steep long hill I find my speed, hit that button and coast without needing to break
It recharges the battery as well
I want this car! Going to get it this month God willing
It only lights up red when you are about to rear end someone. The adaptor cruise control on my 2018 goes to 4 seconds (4 bars)

Yep,I watched this video and several others a few times to get an idea of how it all worked, Really made a difference, And absolutely why I didn't buy a used rental one because as you correctly pointed out, renters have no idea what or how things work, probably messing things up along the way, though not their fault,

What’s the reason battery drain? This has happened twice and especially when it snows a lot. It was strange when I didn’t drive one day then when I’m ready the battery is dead.

Is it OK to just hit the Push Start button when you stop your vehicle rather than shifting down if you're in break? I know the car will automatically go into park But what is better actually physically fit shifting down or just pushing the push start

Battery Display doesn't appear on my 2019 Fusion Hybrid, and it's pretty frustrating. Regen is there, but not battery. I don't get it.
upto what speed Ford Fusion runs on hybrid as Toyota and accord hybrid cars runs up to speed of 85 kph on battery then above that speed runs on gas. what is maximum speed of fusion which runs on battery.
2019 model actually has Android Auto. Make sure your system is connected to Wifi, and upgraded to Sync 3.3.

Just got my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid and for some reason, it does not have a "Battery Display" option below "Brake Coach" (referenced around 5:56 in the video) in the Display menu. Any idea why that is and how I can get this option?
@@triton6127 You have to adjust it on the panel usually in the set up. It will display options including what type of display you'll see on the dash
Ford removed it mid year. I have a brand new 2020 Fusion Hybrid SE and I don't have the option either. Just bought it 2 days ago and was wondering the same thing, until I came across this article: lincolnmkzforum.com/topic/4203-missing-soc-icon-2019-mkz-hybrid/
While I think this makes no logical sense and makes about as much sense as having a cell phone with no battery status, I've asked my dealer and sales person to check their lot of FFH SE's like mine to see if it's an option available in the display settings.

My new 2020 fusion hybrid gas gage reads empty. How do you reset the gas gage? It wont take anymore gas, so it must be full
Cant reset it, its either hung up on the filter or the sending unit went back. 2020 will still be in warranty go visit a ford dealer

Its a hybrid, they shut off while driving and go into EV. it stops and starts in eV then only turns the engine on if you require more power than the electric can provide (Or once you've got a while it turns on to recharge the battery)

Why is it salesman dont know all the features smh that bar on the dash isn't apart of the lane keeping assist its apart of the pre collision alert or precollision warning

It changes every time. Depending on driving habits & weather. if you're blowing the heat & AC on full blast you'll get 10-15% less range, then if you constantly have a heavy foot you'll get another 20% decrease or so.

@@MadmaxMusic93 honestly who knows. My 2013 Ford fusion hybrid is the same as yours where it says nearly 600 miles when full. It has 164k miles on the odometer now! 😳 It's crazy reliable
I hate this car! I should've gotten the Ford Escape. I'm only getting 18 miles on EV while my fuel economy is like 35mpg when I look online. My Focus was getting 33 mpg. What a waste of $26,000.
