    Wooo! Got it done with a 32kg bell, down to a 24kg bell, down to two 20kg bells. Awesome workout.

    I was dashing through the first two sets thinking this is not bad. Then you introduced the doubles and my sleigh bells got rung! But I was able to finish five sets.
    Set 1: 24kg
    Set 2: 20kg
    Set 3: 18kg doubles.

    24kg for first two and single 32kg for third. Two rounds each side perfect difficulty

    Great workout. TBH I haven’t managed to hang for b2b days but all within a week. This was a great Boxing Day burn 🔥

    I don’t have matching bells, so went uneven. Used a 50 and 60lb per hand switching each round. Made a little over 3 rounds :)

    Probably gonna regret this, but since i didnt workout yesterday im gonna do day 4 and 5 back to back.
    As soon as the jet fuel kicks in which ill be needing. 😩
