Hey Sandy! I have a simple request. It would be spectacular if you made some videos where you only say “breath in 3, 2, 1”. Still saying how long the retention would be. We find that it takes us out of meditation to know how long we have remaining until the next breath. I understand some might want to track their progress, but we find that it makes us think about breathing when we were drifting off and has caused us to breath in prematurely where we would have retained our breath longer had we not been reminded of breathing. My friends and I enjoy doing your exercises together very much! Thank you for making these videos!

I love this style of breathwork. I have adhd ptsd bpd and autism. It helps me in ways that i could never imagine. It helps more than my prescribed medication. Sometimes i struggle to get into it. I get insecure of my neighbours hearing me doing breathwork and judge me. I really should not care but it does affect me somedays
So jazzed I can finally do 2+ min breath holds now! This practice is changing my life. Finding your channel has helped me get back into a healthy routine and away from negative reinforcements at night like drinking. Thank you so much for sharing Sandy!

As a beginner in breath work, this one was a full on experience! This combined with a shamanic drum meditation sent me into a trance! I was floating blissfully... That was deeply relaxing!
I've noticed that I cannot hold more than 45 seconds at a time just yet so I try to just breathe when I feel that need. For any other beginners out there, don't be intimidated by the breath holds, if you need to breathe, breathe. It's still a great experience!

Doing this practice two days after MDMA therapy and.. wow. I finally feel love for hurt parts of me I had ignorantly hated or unknowingly ignored. I realized during this session that the tightness and struggle I tend to feel during breath holds were me hanging onto old pieces of anxiety and fear. Today, I focused on allowing them to be just as they are and loving them anyway. By the second breath hold, they were loving me back. I'd feel embarrassed to write any of this just days ago. Now, who cares? I more feel liberated and I wish the same for anyone reading this who has struggles.

Awesome is mdma legalized now? It's supposed to be this year sometime I recall. How expensive is it compared to ketamine? I did ketamine and it was a hefty sum

Recently came back to this and am getting blown away each time, whole body goes numb and tingles right after the exhale into the meditative hold, and pure relaxation during the hold. Literal altered state of consciousness. I avoided this for a bit because it triggers the stress response, but that is part of training the body. Deeper more powerful breaths are the key for me to get those body sensations and max relaxation. Thanks brother!

really liked this one. I made it to two minutes for the first time. I'm struggling with addiction right now, and today I was just returning to sobriety which is usually a pretty miserable process. After the meditation, I couldn't help but crack a big smile as I thought "there are so many wonderful feelings and experiences besides addiction!' Once again, thanks for the great videos. Really makes it easier to do the hard work.
