Ethiopia Bookkisa espresso. Unica Pro, Blooming Profile including settings

This is a Ethiopia Bookkisa Light-Medium roast espresso pulled as a Blooming profile shot with Unica Pro.

The coffee was prepared with Zerno Z1 with Multi-purpose blind burrs and Slow feed auger. Set to about 155.1 (basically just past but still contacting the 155 line). The burrs are still settling in and so I think could be closer to 157 if I zeroed them again.
I also think I need to reduce the grind size which should tweak the pre-infusion and reduce the drip through during that period, and that should then also allow me to lengthen the contact time during the infusion itself while maintaining the pressure for that flow.
Unfortunately the brew app lost connectivity with my Acacia Pyksis scale and didn't record, but would've broadly agreed with the screen on the Unica.
One day I'll pluck up the courage to record a full workflow and add some commentary.
