  • Hey!
Today I am creating some DIY door panels or door cards for the Chevrolet Astro Van. You can find replacements off of eBay, but they are like $150 for the panel plus $150 for shipping. So, $300 total.
I did make a few mistakes, so hopefully you wont make the same ones!
    Here is what I used:
Wood: Got the wood from Lowes. I would definitely get heavier duty plywood or metal.
    Handles: amzn.to/3jvhViw
    Safety Glasses: amzn.to/3dyYmBU
    Measuring Tape: amzn.to/3dwPxIQ
    Box Cutter: amzn.to/3h89bNv

Hopefully this video helped out whoever is needing to save money on door panels! I include all my mistakes to hopefully prevent you all from making them. Accept me for my flaws😂

Great work that many of us could leverage; if you could make a printable PDF pattern of the final product it would make it eazy as Pie! Even the dimensions with cutouts would help us duplicate your work.
      Thanks a million!

@@AutoMotivate I have a problem with my Astrovan 1997. Everytime it rains it doesn’t want to start, I have to wait for the weather to get better to turn it on.

I’m pretty sure that is a distributor issue. Might be it’s time to be replaced

Please do not add music to any DIY, demo, tour, cooking, or wildlife video. Golden rule. Super annoying to be forced to hear someone else's choice of music, hurts the ears, drowns the voice, prevents the soothing natural sounds, and irritates the viewer. We are not bored with silence. Silence is a blessing. Leave natural sounds in. This becomes a much better viewing experience. Never fall into the trap of adding music or your chase away everyone.

I can see statistics on my end and that’s incorrect. The music increases retention rate. It’s also my style of video. Some people may not like it and that is okay.
