I poach my Chicken Breasts with Celery, onions, garlic, Chicken Bullion, salt and pepper. When its cool rnough to handle, I dice it rather small. I then add Sweet Puckle Relish, Celery, Golden Delicious Apple, diced small, pecans and Hellmans mayo. No boiled eggs and absolutely no onions.
