I love how Toy Story (Rex in particular) basically gave us an idea about the next phase of the series. In a way, Toy Box is probably the most important Disney world in the franchise now!

Yozora is Japanese for Night Sky. Noctis Caelum is Latin for Night Sky. Sora is Japanese for Sky. There's a recurring theme for Nomura here. Also, Cloud from FF7 and Tidus being a Japanese dialect for Sun and Yuna being the equivalent for Moon. My man's loves him some sky imagery and themed names (Nomura worked on all of these games and came up with the characters).
I have a personal level of pride when it comes to boss fights and wanting to go about it on a "fair" fashion. I don't judge anyone for how they went about facing Yozora, but I personally see links/summons as being too cheezy with skipping over parts of his fight that require study and patience to overcome.
@@MurderofBirds I personally learned how to fight every data battle on my own. Only one I needed link for was surviving master Xehanorts berserk attack. Yozora I said fuck it 😩, spammed Ariel link 😥. I couldn't learn that shit, he was tough 😧.
I hear Nomura is "trying" to deny that Verum Rex and Versus XIII are not the same thing... Well duh, they're not....because Versus XIII doesn't exist and Verum Rex is possibly the salvaged remains of that concept.
Versus XIII already happened and that was when the name got changed to Final Fantasy XV. Nomura might have something more up his sleeve soon. Maybe during the Square Enix Conference at E3

And there was a lot of drug use and blood/Gore. Kind of a Romeo and Juliet theme for Stella and Noct while they both try to kill each other. Also, Versus XIII was a spiritual successor/sequel to the Fabula Nova Crystalis series (XIII, XIII-2, Lightning Returns). And there were L'cie and Fal'cie in Versus XIII as well. Nomura got kicked off the project and it turned into XV (characters were renamed and changed). And Nomura wasn't allowed to even mention/talk about it for a long time.

The first is, well, this is Versus XIII Noctis and the girl from Verum Rex is Stella. Noctis's love interest in Versus XIII. It would be an interesting concept and way to bring Noctis into the KH universe, but I doubt Square would allow it. Another theory for who Yozora could be is, well, Sora. He said he normally doesn't look like that, he knew who Sora was and wondered why Sora used that name, and at the end he recites Sora's quote from the opening of KH1. More specifically he's the Sora that was falling from the sky in the KH1 opening. That is a high possibility. It wouldn't surprise me if Nomura had two Soras running about. Lastly there's of course the theory that Yozora is Riku's nobody, but I feel that is the weakest since Riku is in one piece in KH3 plus you gotta wonder Yozora's connection to the Verum Rex world if he was a Nobody. Personally. I think he's either another Sora or just someone entirely new with elements of Versus XIII Noctis. But only time will tell. Great gameplay, Arnold! :)

But I had a theory for possibly Luxord being the passenger, maybe the wild card he gave Sora was a “way out” for his price of learning power of waking, so he could take Sora’s place in return 😊 what got me thinking was him saying they could play “one game” together when they meet again! Maybe that game is the world they’re in! :D
Verum Rex is different then Versus 13 Verum Rex is the next game project. He's name Yozora means Night Sky & Verum Rex mean True King. In the next Kingdom Hearts we will get to see Yozora's story in the next game.
Nomura said several years ago that he thinks of Sora and Noctis as his kids. So to him they're like brothers since Yozora seems to represent Noctis but I'm sure it'll be more complex than just that cuz of how Kingdom Hearts is
Congrats on beating the boss!! I’m looking forward to P5R! I think I’ve had this on my mind since a remake of the first game was just announced, but have you ever played Nier Automata? It was released around the time of Persona 5, so I always tie them together. Plus it has the ingredients of Kingdom Hearts: super complex lore and emotional suffering. Kind of seems like a game you might have played, but I have a terrible knowledge of your game library.
