At winter is extremely cold. I remember a friend came from FINLAND and he said It was here much cooler that at his country.

You can hear the engineer switch over from room sound (dry) to In Ear’s (wet/mixed) sound.. what the guys hear. Possibly a blend of both. Definitely speakers in the room, wedges for sure.
Theres wedges/monitors on the floor. That is the only 'real' speakers their using. Everything else is in-ears
