I know it is a demonstration. Good effort but you can't begin an ERP session before preparing the patient. Also we make a hierarchy and proceed. It is best the therapist doesn't talk do much come in way of the habituation process.

3:16 out of 11:16 Intrigued by lady's scenario ... but the voice in background, is starting to overwhelm my concentration. So I imagine the background voice becoming less in volume, focusing more on discussion where the background voice is incidental.

It's better while she's there but wait till she gets home to her safe space, her sacred space where it's clean and calm. She's going to scrub down then scrub every thing in the home then shower again.
