Would be cool to see a few videos talking about the level 5 course in March. Maybe you could do one after the first few days, and then another one after you complete the course?
Do you have to be careful to quit Duke or other schools "early" if you want to finish at Chula since I think Thailand only allows an upper maximum of 12 months studying their language on visas? (For those using a student visa)
I'm on an elite visa, so I personally don't know, but my guess is you'd get another student visa with Chula. Or you could be crazy and still take courses at Duke and keep the Duke student visa while going to Chula.
What? Why? I’m just trying to get an answer to a logistical question. I want very much to do this program but it is also a huge financial investment. An application process implies that one could be rejected, so I feel like it makes sense to make sure you’d get your money back if you’re asked to pay up front.
If you apply before the deadline for the next class (which means you also paid), you're accepted into the program. The question then becomes what level you will enter. If you want to start at level 1 that's automatic, if you want to take the placement test, you can enter as another level. Pretty sure I explained this in the video.
That's not really bureaucratic. It's just a standard protocol for good universities anywhere in the world to have to fulfil certain requirements to be accepted. You just can't walk in with some money and expect to get admitted. 😂

Yup that's the basic plan
Do you have to be careful to quit Duke or other schools "early" if you want to finish at Chula since I think Thailand only allows an upper maximum of 12 months studying their language on visas? (For those using a student visa)

Do you pay for the course before your application is accepted?
You pay as part of the application. Basically, If you’re not ready to pay, don’t apply
What if you’re not accepted? lol
I don't think Chula is for you.

You must not be from the USA 🤣
You can buy your way into elite colleges, USC had a huge scandal about bribing officials to get their stupid kids into the school
