Thank you for sharing. My father makes this with pig feet and adds some dried mushrooms to it as well. When I try and make this for myself I will add in some kind of chili oil like lou gan ma or maybe some of the peppers from Ning Chi brands as I like my food very spicy.

我通常用小火煮45分鐘都好腍, 片中排骨連枝竹大約煮了一小時, 部份排骨已經甩了骨, 正如@BEN LAU 網友說, 炆煮後不腍可以焗半小時才放其他配料炆煮, 這樣應該會腍, 謝謝收看!

@@attctalks多謝讚賞, 一般我的做法是, 先起鑊,用油爆一爆D料(蒜頭,豆豉或酸梅, 麵豉), 直至收汁, 然後關火, 將排骨放落去撈混佢, 然後去蒸. D料要加鹽, 糖, 豆粉和雞湯. 蒸好加滾油和豉油. 唔錯的做法, 試試看.

我用鹽浸泡一下, 或用生粉/麵粉揉搓排骨就不覺有羶味, 但豬腩沒有浸泡煮熟後仍有羶味.

是自己斬的, 最初來到這裡就發現超市的排骨很長, 所以在中超買了把大菜刀, 您在西超買排骨時可以挑選一些沒有主骨, 只有軟骨的, 這些很容易切開.
