These guys are surprisingly good. I’ve seen Journey live with multiple singers, including Steve Perry - Escape and Frontiers - and this lead singer is very good. At any rate, very nice job.
Saw these guys last weekend in Sumter, SC.They are phenomenal and the band has great harmonies and musicaily sound to the band JOURNEY. Very difficult to find anyone to have vocals like Steve, but this guy carrys this off very well and close. Would see them again!

I'm a really big journey fan from the day they started when they came on Don kirshner's Rock concert when they sang the song The wheel in the sky.. I knew from that day on that they were going to be very famous I was telling all my friends growing up look out for this band journey... And I was right this band nails the song he's a very good singer from Resurrection.. I did see my concert they performed very well you had women crying because he sound just as close as Steve Perry.. but we all know Steve Perry is The voice.. I bet right now Steve Perry cannot sing those high notes anymore that's the part of getting old.. but I will always be a journey fan to the day I die journey lives on...

The singer is closer to Perry than any other singer on the planet, including the singers Journey brought in to replace Steve Perry. @Music Man I'm sorry to disagree, but unless Kelty got rid of the wig, he's not got it. I was a bassist for a number of years, and while he's decent, I simply can't see what all the fuss about him is. And he really doesn't look like Per at all. His voice is much too thin to really sound like Per's richness.

He really doesn't need the wig or the cross dressing. I really like the band and sound but the way he looks is overboard. If all the band looked like there appropriate member it might work. This band just needs to be themselves. Arnel pineda didn't get the job cause he looked like Steve perry but he did because he sounds as good or better than Steve. Just some constructive criticism....

I agree now that they exhausted our boy Arnel's voice for more than a decade, they could use this guy's voice. Unfortunately, Neal and Jonathan wouldn't go that far. They wanted someone with their own identity. Someone who could explore their tenor voice well. Also, i wish that guy didnt take the extra mile of dressing like SP from the very start back when Neal was searching on RUclips.

@@cindyjensen2185 it felt like Neal distanced themselves on tribute bands because they might look one. If that guy ditch the Perry look, i think Neal would get him in a heartbeat. Also, choosing Arnel was a good strategy because they marked themselves as a true International band with diversed members. They're not just "america" anymore. That's business i guess.
