    So the front and back covers we're just made using the glue gun for texture and the face was made using the same method but with more glue in order for it to pop out more?

      i putted hot glue on the side while it is clipped firmly together

    If you really wanna go the extra mile on this. Get some brown leather and cover the cover with it. Before you glue it completely stick a straw in between the leather and the cover and suck in then glue it to get that organic look and feel
