I'm super glad for Logic's success. I feel like he has two huge audiences that can relate to him; one that's experienced the effects of drug/gang violence and others who live a chill life not wanting to get caught up in that life. I love how he acknowledges his past, but doesn't feel the need to put up a front.

When Under Pressure came out I didn't like gang related much but as I listened to it a bit more i truly understood what he was talking about and I started loving the beat, now it's one of my favorite songs.

The fact that he knew exactly what to say in regards to the audience that would say such a thing as that just goes to show how in touch he is with himself. I know how he says fuck someone is hating. I'm not! I've been listening to logic for 3 years. His album was great but to me it wasn't his most hip hop raps. Ill name a a bundle of songs off different mixtapes when he painted a insane picture. "Roll Call", "Growing Pains 2", "Disgusting", "no biggie", dead presidents 3, "Walk on By" for whoever reads this go and listen to these tracks from start it's his best pure hip hop work. On to underpressure the production was amazing. For the people who haven't heard him before the album it's a good introduction but go listen to his mixtapes he takes you way deeper
I agree with you man, I expected much from his debut but he let me down.. I feel like Kendrick has one of the best projects to date so far, concept related. Growing Pains 2 is hella dope. Listenin 2 him 4 3 years myself now. Cole still one of the top right now along with Kendrick and Drake when he ain't singin 24/7.. Anyways I await Logic's next album, I'm sure he'll do much better now that he understands the album process completely.

I saw that 301 sweatshirt!! It's very interesting to listen to Logic's lyrics & interviews. Especially since I lived in the area code of 301. A lot of people may not even be able to see this picture he is trying to paint but I know all facts for real!! I was born & raised in D.C. Then moved to Maryland, PG County. In this I found that all people, areas & classes of life intertwine at some point. Real is what we see, live & experience. I know that some experiences are different then others but regardless we all go through hard times!! It's what we decide to do with those experiences that matters.

As a biracial woman from Montgomery County, MD I'd been interested in Logic but didn't really know the depths of his story and the more I hear the more fascinating & interesting it becomes. Hearing the truth behind Gang Related is pretty incredible and the way he spit that like a weapon as he intended is freakin' impressive and poetic!
