They're not present in Metal Slug 3D because it only focuses on the 4 main characters which is Marco, Tarma, Fio and Eri. Those 4 were the original heroes while the others are more like mercenaries that work with the Regular Army's Peregrine Falcons.
since it was a ps2 game then they really need to put this in the playstation store as a ps2 classic so peoples whos miss it and have a ps3 will get a chance to play include me :) or remaster it in HD and release it on all platform ps3 and PS vita / PC and xbox 360 i don't know if it's exclusivly made for the ps2 back then but yeah that would be so nice.
