  • How to make simple crochet bunting. I'll show you how to crochet a triangle and then how to crochet them all together to make bunting.
I am using Pink Milk's simple crochet bunting tutorial, which you can find here: bit.ly/28drfu7
Let me know if you give it a go! The triangles are so easy and I can do a couple while watching a tv show.

Thank you! That was so easy! I added a cute scalloped border and crocheted letters for each triangle to make a " LOVE" Valentine's Bunting, it's so cute!

You made that easy. I tried first following another video and I ended up with something but it wasn't a triangle.
Thank you for very clear instructions. .I now have the shape I wanted.

Hello, you did help me understand the pattern I am trying to make . In the pattern I had to do a sl st, ch 2 , then do a sc in 2nd ch from hook & ch 1, do a sc and ch 2, do a sc and ch1, do a sc and ch 1 & turn the work. So you end up with 4 sc and 5 ch spaces in the 2nd ch from the hook, which is your 1st row. It starts out like a circle , and as you continue working the pattern it shapes into a triangle. Thank you so much,

Hello Deborah I've started! I created three triangles and decided I didn't want to use the yarn I was using. So back to the yarning board!😂

Love this video! I’ve just started crocheting and made my first bunting!
Also just realised I recognised your voice! We worked together at a certain mobile phone company in the web team :) x

Donna Kay Thank you. There's a photo of it hanging in the nursery and a close up on a blog post here: www.hellodeborah.co.uk/crochet-bunting-diy/

how do you stop the bunting from curling at the edges?

69garlick I didn’t bother on this one but you could “block” them. I also added a heavy bead on the bottom of each so it hangs straighter.
