    Love this. Also married for 10 years and now with my partner for a and a half. We definitely need to share stories and support each other.

    I really admire women who are able to come out and figure this out while married to men. I came out in my 20s and married a woman in my late 20s and we stayed married for 14 years before divorcing. I’m now remarried to a different woman and we have 4 kids together. Starting over with anyone new is really hard, but it is important to live authentically.

      Thank you and I do agree that no matter what the reason, it's hard to start over but so important to live authentically and do what's right for you ❤️

    I have a lot of respect for you women!
    What kind of power!
    You did go live for yourself.
    Even with children, a husband, reactions of family and the whole world.
    Hope i will ever get the guts to live mine..... or to find out what fits me despite of the opinions/reactions and not losing our children.
    Respect and thnx for sharing, 🙏

    OMG! I laughed so hard when I heard that music was a big part of your realizing you were gay.I fell in love with Kd Lang's music, and then I fell in love with HER! And then I fell in love with Brandi Carlile's music, and then I was So jealous about her relationship with her wife!! HILARIOUS! GREAT interview!

    Do any of you felt like getting married again was a way of regaining "normalcy", in a way? I feel curious because from your stories it seems like LLLs quickly marry again (now to a woman)

      I feel this could actually be a possibility. I think some women don't know how to date but do know how to be a wife so some women might jump into remarrying too fast, but I think for others they do meet the person they feel they are truly meant to be with and that is what they just want to have.

      @@TheLateLifeLesbian That makes sense, that part of your identity is literaly "wife" 😁 I would add that being "late life" might also mean you know who and what you want in life, so you get to the marrying stage faster, right?

    • @TheLateLifeLesbian
      @TheLateLifeLesbian  7 месяцев назад

      @alst5 that could definitely be true too!
