I've never worked in an office, but I have had multiple coworkers in relationships and some worked out/are working out great, and others were a train wreck. I can't speak from experience, but from what I've seen I believe it depends on the couple's ability to separate themselves as coworkers and themselves as romantic partners.
Half way during this piece, I almost started to flip somewhere else. BUT, I'm glad that I stuck with it all the way to the end. I too almost thought that poor Lance was about to be terminated by the father. But I relaxed after the father explained his actions and why. I envy Lance and long for a relationship like that. I, too, want an Archer to come into my crazy life. This presentation was AWESOME!!
On one occasion at the sauna in the steams baths, I was servicing orally another man. My university history professor came in and witnessed what I was doing. He backed out immediately! I guess he did not want to be compromised because of his career as a history professor at a well-known university!
What a nice story and the voice of the story teller is great! I hope to be in a similar position soon, not with a boss but with someone whom I have not yet met. We have been messaging for 3 years and I hope he will be here next month. I also hope it's not a scam.
If you can compartmentalize and keep things professional when in the office then its ok for you to date your boss but if you can't do that then i recommend that you do not as it can create some serious problems for the workplace.
