This is a short docu-film on what a monastic retreat looks like. This year I decided to make my retreat a working retreat with the intention of showing the world how amazing, beneficial and beautiful a silent retreat can be. The silence speaks for itself. Enter into the world of the Cistercian, Trappist Monk. Shot on location at St Joseph's Monastery in Spencer, MA.
