My mom tells me to gargle with Luke warm salt water and then drink tea with garlic, a litte bit of cinnamon powder, turmeric powder and half a tea spoon of sugar. I have been doing this since my childhood and it works every single time. Hope it helps 😊

I slept a lot during that week and it really sped time up. But everyone is different, so I really hope you find a cure for you! Gets lots of rest because you can't feel pain in your sleep lol
Currently on day 5 of feeling under the weather. It is now 11:15pm (Thursday) and I know it’ll be another sleepless night with this damn sore throat. It started with body aches and a fever for the first 2 days, then gradually my throat began hurting 2 nights ago and last night was bad. While everyone is out celebrating tonight I’m home, horrible. But we’ll get better!!!!

@@every1getready so my wife was doing more looking online about home remedies, and she suggested I try one whole raw garlic clove (smashed and chopped up) with one teaspoon of honey. Please do it, it helped me almost instantly. Once you have the garlic and honey in the spoon, take it and wash it down with water (try to swallow it without chewing it so you don’t remain with that garlic smell/odor for days). I’ll do it again tomorrow. Also, when you first peel and smash and chop the garlic, let it sit on your countertop for 10-15 min to allow the garlic to release its enzymes and stuff. Then put it on the spoon and take it. Hope this helps you too.

I feel like out of the symptoms of getting sick, such as stomach ache, head ache, and congestion, I feel like the worst is sore/dry throat. You feel extremely dehydrated, it hurts whenever you eat, drink, talk, or swallow, AND you can’t sleep due to the pain.

Taking ibuprofen helps but what brought me instant relive was drinking soup with alot of hotsauce. You'd think I'd be painfull but the spiciness is actually really soothing.

This might help, it helps me. pick a side you want your sleep position to be. DO NOT sleep facing forward because your runny noses buggers will go to your throat and you might swallow it. Or you will have to spit it out. Get a tissue or a towel and put it next to your nose. So when it’s running it will drip on the tissue/towel. Try to breathe with your nose, if you can’t you will have to breathe with your mouth. I hope this helped. I’m really sorry if your reading this and you have a runny nose. Taking ibuprofen helps but what brought me instant relive was drinking soup with alot of hotsauce. You'd think I'd be painfull but the spiciness is actually really soothing.
here's a recipe that my mum taught me that helped me ALOT 1) fill a cup with warm water. 2) put cinnamon and salt in it. 3) mix. 4) gargle with that. I really hope it helps! Stay safe ❤️

This might help, it helps me.
pick a side you want your sleep position to be. DO NOT sleep facing forward because your runny noses buggers will go to your throat and you might swallow it. Or you will have to spit it out.
Get a tissue or a towel and put it next to your nose. So when it’s running it will drip on the tissue/towel. Try to breathe with your nose, if you can’t you will have to breathe with your mouth.
