- The Passenger Rail Agency of SA has lost more than R15 million in the hiring and firing of former CEO Zolani Matthews. Last month, he was fired for the third time shortly after being reinstated following a labour court ruling. Matthews' first contract termination came when it was discovered that he has dual citizenship and failed to declare it, which 'posed security threats'. This interview should be a big, neon flickering red light to the SA government, especially the Presudent, Treasury and Transport, as well as the SA citizenry. Union membership and allegiance should not be the say all and be all in running of SOE's like PRASA. UNION extortianism?
I remember his father, Min Joe Matthews, a great intellectual. He has high regard for a very well-known intelligence organisation.
