The question is why transnet is not performing as intended for the period of 2017 to 2024. The lady only makes technical excuses blaming decline of usage of certain type of containers on the global shipment system. If there was an initial misalignment of the new equipment transnet bought and old equipment they possess it means the procurement office and operation office did not do their proper due diligence and specs requirements before expenditure and procurement of equipment transnet need.
