When Sonic winks at the end his eye focuses forward towards [you] away from Shadow. ((Unless something in the writing in the end says that.))
actually, the second verse is about some people going to a party (called Campa, in japan). the party is for some guys and girls meeting new people, and theres always a "leader". the dude yelling at the other person (in this case Mephiles) is the "leader".

I imagine its a bit confusing, seeing as they were posted in the order of the song beginning-end, but when they're shown on the comments page the order gets reversed.
