In my case, “Step away”, also “saying NO”, and “Energize my mind and body” are the usual strategies I use confidently. I learned that it is easy to ask for help to those responsible who are always working a lot. It is my right and need to take care of myself. Thanks a lot Teacher!

She knows which dates I'll be out of office because it's marked on the managers' calendar, in fact. She does "not" realize that she is a micromanager.
