I like the water illustrations, but honestly I just don’t care for the faces. I would love it if she would come out with book of illustrations that don’t include faces.
I get that, though it is part of her signature style. Every book has her faces.
I love these "Tales" books. The smaller books make it easier to keep it handy on the desk to pick at between work calls. The paper is sooo good. And I love Hannah's art. Thank you for the flip-through. Muchly appreciated.
Yeah they definitely don't take up as much space.
This book is nice but I would have preferred more underwater scenes like in those double spread pages than all those portraits.
I received my preorder recently as well. I think it is absolutely beautiful 🩵! I think it is worth the price because of the quality of the paper. It takes water mediums pretty well, and her artwork is stunning. Thanks for the flip, and I’m glad you like it. Take care❤
I love the cover!!! I haven’t purchased any of the books in her Tales from series, mostly because I burned myself out coloring in her other books! I do love her artwork. And I like to hear you talk in the flip throughs.

Thank you for sharing, I wasn’t going to get this one, usually not a fan of the ocean theme. However it is growing on me, I’m sure once I see someone coloring in it, I’ll end up getting it.
Yeah I'm not big on ocean stuff either tbh, but this has something different more fantasy like
It's very pretty, and I'm into smaller books right now. I don't have the energy or focus for large detailed images. I'm enjoying my Small Victories and I love the Tales books. I don't have or want them all, but I have the Witches Cottage, the Forest and I will get this one. Thank you.

I don't have this book but i Do like the underwater scenes. The double page spread with the Greek style columns is my favorite! Very lovely book!...I prefer talking through the flip.😄❤🙋see ya Sunday!

🇨🇦 Thanks for your flip through. I am a huge Karlzon fan, and I think her Tales series are refreshing. Don’t feel overwhelmed when I consider this page or that one. I’ve been doing enough to know that any aquatic themed drawing would not interest me. However, your flip through had me thinking … perhaps.😊

I am not a fan of the new series of books 'Tales from...'' but this is the first one I really like.

I have a few of her past editions printed in Sweden and the paper seems close to the same to me.

I got mine a few months ago at imusic. It's a beautiful book, but I was disappointed with the smell from the ink and the size, much less pages in compare with the other books from Hanna.
Ah imusic, yes, that's the site if you didn't want to wait for Amazon US. I couldn't remember lol
I may be the only person who PREORDERED this book months ago, and NEVER RECEIVED it! It's been MISSING OUT THERE in space somewhere, SINCE JAN 22nd!!!! Yep! Amazon has processed a refund, still pending. NO, didn't want a replacement, not yet
