    Thank you. I was not sure which type of specialist to look. From your video it became clear. Can diaphragm pacing be an alternative to surgery? Is it available in India?

      Hello, it depends on the type and cause of the paralysis. You need to go to the specialist to know what will suit you the best. In few cases pacing can be an alternative for sure..
      and I'm not sure but I believe you will find this treatment in India. Best of luck ❤️

    If one side phrenic nerve is totally destroyed then is there any way to treat the patient ?

      Yes there is an option of reconstruction of the phrenic nerve of the opposite side and making a connection with the paralyzed side.. your thoracic surgeon will advise you according to your situation.
