Toni Cipriani, found guilty of the assassination of the Mayor, the domestic terrorist act of Fort Staunton in 1998, racketeering, and god knows how many more charges. They all bled together, Toni cared more about his fate. He got his answer. The sentence... death. Toni has nothing to say. The judge lectures him on the error of his ways, but Toni isn't listening. As he's led out of the courtroom, he thinks back to when all this started, seven years ago...

CJ more than likely escaped the underworld and is hinted to have become a highly successful businessman and a music mogul. Tommy is still alive and firmly in control of Vice City.
Hacking the old psp gen 1 was complicated af. You had to have specific firmware back then we didn't have downgrade capabilites so we had to keep returning the psps to find a firmware. Then you need extra battery to swap over when doing the hack. On top of that you have to mess around the kernel menu and make sure you selected the right functions to get the hack firmware installed. After that you had to install more files then you are good to go. Then you just download games and install. Now everything is just drag and drop select a few items and bam you are done
