Top with fruit or chocolate curls and cream and you have a luxury desert [from an NZ cooking book for children in the 1970s].

@@grieverlion1230 You do realize that there are cheese cakes that are not baked.... They probably use a gelatin and they refrigerate them to get them firm. Also the topic is refrigerated as well so none of it is baked other than the bottom layer that is cake.
