just about a couple of decades ago, our carts and street foods doesnt really looked "pretty" as well. but people started realizing that even the upper class would buy if it looked cleaner and presentable.
im a filipino but some vendors are not same like hygienic it depends on food what they sell,

@@whoamibly Most are clean, if your cart looks dirty nobody will buy from you. Filipinos are picky and hygiene is a must. Even in the slums people are usually clean and tidy.

Are those normal prices for an iPhone in the Philippines? 😮 You can easily get a second hand 13 Pro for $550-600 in the UK and from what I have seen the iPhones are more expensive here than in some other European countries

We got crazy import tax on electronics here, so they usually cost a lot more than in other countries, but he might've gotten scammed here depending on the overall health of the phone. He probably would've gotten a better price had we walked around a bit longer. But I've seen phones from the place he went to that were literally only used for as little as 6 months. There's an Android app that can tell you when the phone was initially activated even after being factory reset(it's not completely foolproof, but most of these vendors don't know about the app).

Electronics in the Philippines are usually more expensive compared to the one in US, easp phones. So im not suprised when the price. There could have been another store or vendor that could be much cheaper since it’s a second hand, but like i said Philippine electronic goods are always more expensive. Maybe from tax on exportation from abroad.

You could have gotten the iphone for a lower price if you waited for the other stores to open and asked around. Last I checked a second hand 1Tb 13Pro goes for about 50K around the time this video was released. With that said, being a foreigner gives you the disadvantage of getting a premium price for items in these situations.

I saw some second hand, You can search the serial number, imei etc in the web as if it is legit. But if you look the lens , it's so different and the weight is much lesser compared to the original.

Which vendor? If you are talking about the street vendor then no he did not. His 15 might sounded 50 but in the end he charged Max with 45 pesos for 3 pcs. 15 php is a fair price but if you are talking about the phone vendor then yeah.

Never buy China-made shoes. Buy Marikina-made ones instead. The soles are usually made of wood and sewn by hand. They last five times longer than the China ones.

Am american. Will get scammed. Just walk away if the price is not right and they will call you back until they reach their limit. Don't go to a mall to buy secondhand. Plenty of shops selling new cellphones also sell secondhand. Go to a busy market area, checkout the shops and look for ratings and recommendations online. Ask your hotel guys for recommendations.
