- Supercell has constantly been in a battle with hackers and scammers trying to take over other player's accounts, and unfortunately it seems like they're losing...
If you’ve got a high level account on any Supercell game, you’re gonna want to listen up. There’s currently a huge problem with accounts being stolen and traded, and I’m going to try to help make sure that in the case that you do lose an account, you can get it back.
But first, let’s take a look at exactly what’s going on with Supercell, and why hackers, scammers, whatever you want to call them, are seemingly able to steal players accounts so easily.
As we discussed in the last video, Supercell accounts are pretty valuable, with maxed out accounts sometimes going for hundreds of dollars. Of course, this makes them worthwhile targets for account traders looking for a quick buck.
And here’s the scary thing. These guys are able to get access to these accounts without even needing the email or password.

Yes my 8-9 year id has been hack and got scam
Its actually quite hard. if you use public logs or priv logs, supercell sometimes just refuses to send the email. this is if the IP changes 3 times. youre welcome
My Brawl Stars account got hacked some month ago. This person suspended my account by contacting the support and then I think he gave some easy details like when i created my account or something like that. After i tried to recover my account by contacting the support but they told me that this metod to change email has been already used (by the haker) so I don't know what to do now.

@@diegoplito007 No, locks happen when a hacker contacts support at all. I'd recommend as soon as youre locked out contact supercell support.

I have a solution though: just make an easy “security phrase” that you can set and remember (which will be mandatory) and whenever you lose your account, that security phrase will be required to recover your account.

I always thought adding a phone number to verify a 6 digit code would work, it’s same with email but u need a password for emails, and if u forget your email password that’s a higher chance to lose your account.
With phone number you can just take out the SIM card and put it into a new phone if your phone gets broken.

Did you just say "we should have passwords for supercell ID"?
A good solution would be to send the player a popup notification informing them that someone else is claiming their account. If the player interacts with the notification, Supercell will know the account is still in use and won't transfer it. However, if there is no interaction for, let's say, 30 days, the account can then be transferred.

Got my clash royale, clash of clans and brawl stars account phished. Tried to get em back but apparently i can't do anything now. Never gonna play a game from supercell again. That was my 7 years old account.

Instead of getting rid of your old decorations, use a shovel on them and stash them away. That way you can still have them and look at them, but you can put them away before you sign off of your account and people can’t guess the year as easily.

Why don’t they have a recovery email or backup included when making the account. If you can’t at least quote that you shouldn’t get access back

i had all of my card at level 14 and it was my main 7 years old clash royale account nd hacker stole it i send supercell to 38 mail but i think i couldn't convince them that it was my account, i hate supercell.

these are not hackers they are hijackers they hijack accounts not hack them they simply ask support to give it to them
I have a question. If the hacker is not from the same country as the victim then why is it hard for supercell to tell if they have been hacked or not? I thought Supercell kept logs or something in terms of iP, or why doesn't supercell require a verification through Gmail instead of just making a new account and doing it through support? I feel this is easily fixable.
@@The_AI_Pimp coz supercell customer support are idiots, when my account was stolen and i even send them screenshot of mail where clearly written that someone change my supercell account mail they still don't help me to recover my account.
@@SintelMK Yes I agree they are! I made my account years ago I provided my very first purchase receipt and most recent. Along with a lot of additional information. I spent a lot on the game and they decline me every time with no explanation to the decline.
@@SintelMK bro, I had the exact same situation happen to me. 2 weeks back i lost access to my 7 year old clash royale account. someone from russia changed the supercell mail id and then eventually he took complete access of my account. I dont know how he did that. I have mailed supercel already 10 times but they say to contact through help and support. help and support is just a bot that does not have any solutions to hacked account recovery. I dont know what to do now. Please if anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it

Once tencent got a hold of the company i knew it was game over. Passion had died and greed has taken over this is why i have been looking into other games since then and decided not to support supercell.
About those sellers, buyers, swappers with other games & traders are still continued due to grinding the new accounts again to the highest lvl, and I very hate those transaction accts. because they want to surrender to earn money then repeat again.
I recently lost my 7+ years old account. Someone from India hacked it, i tried to recover it, supercell says they can't assist me with it. It's just insane how I've spent so much money and time on this game and their only reply is go contact us through game's settings which is total bullsh## it doesn't even work. I hope somehow I'm able to get it back, tysm for acknowledging this problem.
U must contact them from your secondary account which hasn’t been even shared & must be logged in with your main for a long period of time in that same device !

If this js an old account, just look if the account has been active or not like it has 2-5 days, and if the account is not active, then maybe it is a real player maybe it can even be up to like 10 days

ram into this issue about a year ago when trying to get my dads account for him and my account got banned for a month. It was honestly angering but I got the account about a week after trying over and over
i thought i will see more likely story why hackers try steal accounts and their reasons tbh its not what i expected ...

When th16 was rolling out many accounts were hacked just by gmail username of the supercell id. No password, no OTP required just username. I also lost my account in which account protection was turned on. Later i found that the hack method was selling openly for ₹2000. I could not recover my account because the hacker turned account protection with his own phone number 😢.

Stupidcell literally does nothing to prevent hacking unless it costs them money. But it just goes to show their intelligence when players don't need to spend a dime and just run mods. The biggest issue is spending players are getting fed up because it's ruining their enjoyment and fun they've had for years. And people will just keep walking away. Then how much money is Stupidcell going to make......?

Don't supercell support ask questions like your old phones you played on your account, your old name, and screenshot of your first in game purchase. With these information hackers can't take tour account. Am I right?
Yes but not everyone has the luck to access those things, especially when your a returning player with an old account so they can’t ask these. But there are so many simple solutions for this and that for me makes me kinda upset.
they can check them online just typing player tag it gives all history of the account and where it was created and pro hackers can access them with hacking tools

They can't get the account accrss easily if your account have transactions as they'll ask for your recent transaction details 😅
There are many other questions which can't be answered legitimately. I tried to recover my old boom beach account and failed miserably since I didn't have accurate details. I have to now replay from start 😢

i have lost hope on my 8 yr old account of clash royale which had brawl stars around 10k trophies also and you know how they scammed me? basically the very thing called "account protection" is the key to lose access to your account cus when selling the account they ask for this and if it is turned on and they take your codes get the id on thier email and delete the previous codes so you could never get it back. alas i dont think i can get my account back but if anyone could help me pls reach out ;'(

Back to your question I highly doubt it. TH12 are not that wanted I think. With TH 16 out, why would ye buy a TH12 when for let’s say 15 bucks more you can get a TH16 ( don’t know the prices). Other thing to note is that your account is fairly new so no cosmetics from the OG days.
In summary no real risk but chances are never zero. Hope this clears things up

I honestly think you’re talking absolute crap! First of all, one needs to be 13 or older to play clash, you gave an example of an 8 year old who couldn’t remember their email or password. Secondly, SC can easily check if an account has been idol for months or years. So I’m assuming you’re referring to dead accounts, in which case, no one cares.
And how many supercell players are actually over 13? Active players get their accounts phished all the time dude, just read the comments.
