3:33 I realized this is Pentatonic with Diminished or Hungarian minor if you so wish.
Then realized it's an old familiar trap where fingers can get sliced open if one should proceed beyond 3:33
As that is the usual 1/3 climax rule.
The track seems to be of standard sonata format of type ABC yet nasty enough to cut your fingers if you don't COOL THE ENGINES.
