I just started a big knitting project after doing basic potholders and you have inspired me so much to keep going even when it gets confusing and hard! Love your channel!
I am so so touched to hear! I know how you feel since my knitting started only with knitting beanies and I didn't open a knitting pattern for years, thinking they are too complicated :'))
Thanks a lot ! I discover some lovely things such as the Jelka and ostmarka ^-^ . For your pink maybe you can add some creamy or camel drops kid silk to it ? (and I love your cardigan ! )
Love this list you put together and I'm as drawn in with all the mittens as you are, although I usually don't wear mittens often because it rains too much over here and I don't want the wool to get soggy haha. I'm also super eager to try cables next year -- I've started a project and have knitted my first 2-3 cable crossovers but it's a summer top so it's hibernating until spring. But I can't wait to do more cable-ing (or mock cable-ing where you don't need a cable needle)
OH! Sorry I only got to your comment now! I remember reading it and thinking to reply later ... alas ... I too love mittens and do need them when I go out to bike, but my issue comes from not wanting to get them dirty on the handlebar haha. I am in desperate need for a new pair since I shrunk my only pair years ago and still attempt to use it :'D Now if I can only pick a color that would go well with my coats, sigh~
Yay! I’m glad you decided to do another of these pattern videos. I love seeing what you pick out. I worked on the Antler Toque by Tin Can Knits while I watched. It’s my first cable project too 🫣😆 What is the hat you’re wearing in this video? It’s so cute!
Loved the little bundle you created! And thank you for sharing a ravelry link, too! I really appreciate that the patterns are stuff I had not really seen before, and I loved that you focused on accessories as opposed to garments (it made for a very nice change; I feel like most other knitting podcast tend to focus on free patterns for garments). Also, I feel like once you start working on cables, you're going to love 'em! Can wait to see you learn this new technique in the new year :)
Thank you for the sweet words! I love larger garments as well but most of the time I am looking for smaller things to gift for the season :)) Happy you found the bundle helpful :')) I can't wait to return home soon and pick out some yarn for a pair of cabled socks!
Yay!! Can’t wait xx
Hehe so sweet of you to say! Hope you find a new pattern you like! :'))
I love the hat you’re wearing!
Aww thank you! It's a simple beanie with the colorwork of the Birkin Sweater :'))
YAY! Another good video, I am going to try the Anthology hat (I am gifting everyone berets this Christmas 🤶)
Your giftees are lucky! And thank you so much :'))
Oh wow, what a great list! I could see myself knitting almost all of them! I really like your collection!
Hehe thank you! Happy you enjoyed :'))
Thanks so much for sharing, so sweet of you ❤🍒🎅🏻💚🌲
Aww glad to share! Hope you found some new faves!

Yay! I actually have a dusty pink brushed alpaca by drops for that same pink yarn! My mom might have called dibs on a cardigan with the combo :DD
