- The interpretation of the album version to live is like SPOT on and that’s one of the characteristics of their music that I love so much is how they can make the experience just the same or better in my opinion as listening to it in you’re car for the first time.

Hard agree! I think the record labels today are against putting anything out that's this good. The studios want everything to be selfsame, and if not bland then depressingly downbeat -- and then to TRICK the audience into thinking it's good. Same goes for Hollywood. You can hear Alex's little rebellion in After All, where for the whole song there's this boring AF bassline that's just following the chords, and then right at the end he throws in this beautiful melodic bass, just to show you that he's still got it. Sneaking in quality past the producers if you ask me 💪💪 His lyrics are that double sided on the new record too imo.

@@DonnyNarr absolutely! there seems to be a bit of a trend for bands to create their own record labels which is hopeful tho, like King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard. They just release the craziest music and have freedom to do whatever they want! I hope more bands and musicians follow that path
