Sam, if you were setting up a tank this size from scratch, how would you plan out your cable management? Would you sketch it up? Or just keep it neat as you add each element?
I'd like to think I'd sketch it up, but you need to leave room for the unplanned as our methodology and equipment changes pretty often. Having seen some pics of this sump a couple days after I left once Rob had done has cable tidy, it looks incredible
What about gluing the PVC, how did you minimize degass or poluting the tank water?
No pollution from the glue, it’s drinking water safe. Most glue was given a couple of hours to cure before any water ran through it
How long did you guys let the occ glue dry for? 30 mins!!?
Yeah would have been closer to an hour or two for the shortest curation time. We were there all day and only turned the water on at the end of the day

I would change those wooden cabinet doors to something see through, very nice. Honestly I'm watching this footage 3rd time

Melro Water Tanks in Melbourne Ben. The opaque colour was a special order. Allows me to see the water levels easily.
