    It' a shame that the bump side did not fire up but maybe next week as you said. I think that the lift pump will be fine as the diesel was going thru it in the right way and not against the valves.. If you disconnect the feed to the INJ pump at the pump INJ end and see if diesel is coming out of the pipe you should be able to check it that way. Thanks for posting, have a great day....

      The common rail stuff is nothing bit problems. I know emmissions and EPA are a thing, but feels like modern engineers are trying to reinvent the wheel. People are still amazed by the Cummins 12 valve or Ford IDI.....can't say that about modern Diesel engines. You run them out of fuel, you got A LOT of problems. Expensive problems. Diesel engines need to be like service rifles. If you can't depend on them - if you doubt their reliability - you've got MAJOR morale problems.

    I accidently adopted a tiger salamander once… Found one on my dad’s acreage and popped him into a tub for an afternoon, then let him loose. I guess my dad saw another one and thought my new “pet” had escaped and put him back in the tub… Then winter set in with that “Bright and warm Friday, Two Feet Of Snow Sunday” kinda vengence. I spotted the tub, and figured I should turn it over so any more frozen water wouldn’t break it, only to find the hibernating salamander in the bottom. There was no way they’d survive the winter as the pond had frozen over and there was no where for them to dig in and snooze, so I took him home and set up an aquarium, where he had a grand old time chasing guppies and nabbing the odd cricket.

    I would definitely purchase me some of that. Keeping your young soldier in our prayers. We are a strong military family. All 4 of our children have served and they have all served in Iraq and Afghanistan. A couple of whom did multiple deployments. I did two tours of duty in Vietnam and my dad was a WW2 veteran. His father was a WW1 veteran and I can keep going back to 1770’s. Two family members served under George Washington. One family member’s name can be found at the bottom of the Declaration of Independence. Josiah Bartlett. Both of my daughters who served in Afghanistan are also members of the D.A.R. as is every female of age on this side of my family. That’s Daughters of the American Revolution.

The female gives birth to live young I just wish that my release of one would have been as smooth sailing as your salamander, as just as I had released my little bluey ( thats what we call blue tongues for short) a bloody crow flew down and took off with it I was devastated. G'day from Australia

  • @CarlaMWard-
    @CarlaMWard- 6 дней назад +1

    Im just so worried for the Salamander they burrow underground below the ground freezing level for hibernation, away from water courses to ensure they stay dry and warm. They typically do NOT hang around in creeks but prefer leaf litter and under old logs etc. Some species are aquatic throughout life, others take to the water periodically, and a few are completely terrestrial as adults.
    They burrow up to 40cm below the surface and ectotherms like frogs, salamanders, snakes, and turtles are highly sensitive to changes in their environment and need to stay warm by actively moving in and out of areas with heat.
    I dont think it will survive 🥺😢 given that it appears to be completely terrestrial hence why it was so high up the mountain side.

    May I respectfully say out of pure concern for your health and wellbeing… that your diet is in direct conflict with the health food products you advertise and the desire to be healthy that you always express. The peach cobblers and the desserts, the carbs (pasta, bread, rice) and anything with sugar in your diet are the single largest threats to your health. These things are in direct opposition to your health and negates the other healthy supplemental nutrients you take. It’s like going to the gym and then lighting up a cigarette. The long list of impacts to the body of carbs and sugar is devastating. Do your research and remove carbs and sugar from your diets. I implore you.

      Salamander toxins are unlikely to cause discomfort to humans unless they are handled and the eyes or nose are rubbed. It is thought salamanders acquire strong bacterial species in their glands. Wash your hands thoroughly and avoid touching your mouth or rubbing your eyes, or any other mucus membranes.

    Two randon thoughts I had watching this video:
    I've always found it quite sad that in the states kids turn 18 and they leave the house, but truly leave, sometimes to another city or even state. It is absurd to me that they see Sage so rarely. You guys in the states are used to it I guess but for me it's a hard thought.
    Second, isn't this excavator too tiny for that scale of work? I thing he could really use a bigger machine, something like the Kobelco he had and never got fixed.
