If ur running in lane 3 you are running a slightly further distance
2km exactly on the watch is what I went for x
@@PrimeTrainTomBaulchif youve got a track with distances all measured out then thats more reliable than the watch
@@PrimeTrainTomBaulch unless its a coros watch set to track mode in lane 3 then your gps will give you extra metres and make your run look a lot faster than it is. You probably only ran 5.8-9km
@@jordanklingsporn763 lol it sure is. If you're gonna rely on your gps then dont run in circles....run on a straight path or road somewhere.

@@PrimeTrainTomBaulch I swear on a stack of bibles i saw that days ago.. perhaps a week. Considering you did it on the 25th sept thats well over a week ago. How did i know there was a rail across the track (2 lanes), that you did about a 6.30, lamented the fact Rovers got knocked out early, was at some 'collingwood' park etc? Im not Nostradamus. Im telling you, i seen it days ago.

I would advise you to do strength training like nordic curls & glute bridges as well as stretching.
