😮 I remember seeing and buying a few Tube Baits that were 6" in length and 3/4" in Diameter. They were designed for Musky and I brought them with me on a trip to Ontario as a joke... Imagine my boat partners face when I got bit on the fourth cast with one. It was a 45" Musky and I brought it to the boat, measured it and released it..! 😂 That night at the Dinner table everyone joked that I caught a Musky on my "Condom Lure"

This is not a joke. Been fishing big jigs like this for 2 years with a 5 inch pit boss. All my water is dirty (6 in visibility). Will catch all sizes too.
I can't wait to try this jig on the river for giant smallies. Started throwing big hard body swimbaits and magdrafts last year on my Ozark rivers kayak fishing and caught some monsters, this will be perfect to get into that tight cover I can't get the swimbaits into.

I hope everyone on the east coast buys this jig that way no one around me will be upsizing. Been doing it for 10+ years already. I do have one trailer I'm looking forward to trying on it but my happy place would be a 7/0 hook. 10/0 is massive. 😅
Biggest Bass I have caught in Minnesota was a 21” on a Muskie Bait. Mini Medusa. Probably pretty close in size. I’ve been wanting this type of jig for awhile. I will be targeting Muskie mostly and hoping to get bonus big largies.
Man I was googling around to see who made a huge jig like this - having primarily fished big swimbaits the last cpl years, I wondered about throwing similarly sized jigs.
Ike would you use braid and flo carban leader on that monster bait or super jig thank you for showing us fisherman that bait .and always tight lines Ike and God bless you and your family to share with us and your time
The one version of that bait would work if it's windy and/or current in a black or blue-white. Or a crawfish pattern. I don't know about that big one and a quarter 1 and a 1/2 ounce

That craw trailer looks like the Ozark long pincer we have in Bull Shoals.
Neeed the big profile in lighter weights to swim or flip to keep slower falls and higher places in water column.
