This is a very simple and easy way of making homemade chicken doner kebab
Ingredients
Four boneless chicken thighs
Greek yogurt - 1 cup
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
** Serving suggestions
Homemade pita bread, Salad, Garlic mayo

Omg. Thank you so much for this recipe! The best kebab we have ever made at home. For those asking about the time in the oven, I had my tower of chicken in the bottom of my oven at 190°C for 1h 30min with heat in the bottom and the grill on top but this will depend on your oven and how big your chicken tower is.
