It really is eye opening to see reactions to such legendary songs like these. Songs and scenes like this, and movies like Bharatam are so iconic in the hearts of malayalees, and it's so rare that anyone has NOT seen it, or heard of it, that it's amazing to see reactions from people who really are seeing these for the first time... I saw this movie as a very young primary schooler in theatres, and it left such an impact on me, and everyone close to my generation. Thank you so much for this reaction.
Pramadhavanam from His Highness Abdullah, and Oru Murai from Manichitratazhu (the original film that Chandramukhi, etc are based on) along with this song, and the 'devasabhatalam' that you had reacted to are my top songs even now, lol. Though I am a victim of suspended culture as I live away from India now, and find it hard to keep up with all that's going on back home in arts and culture, haha.
